I'm Baaaack And Need So Much Motivation (Please)

I am so upset with myself.

I started my journey earlier this year. I have all my appointments done, my nut done, my psych done and my surgery date of 12/18//2012. I was so psyched and came here and read and studied and took notes and starting jumping into conversations and trying to make a home for myself. And then, the crap with my thyroid started. And it took off like a rocket. I went from a few months ago to not even knowing i had a thyroid to having a total thyroidectomy 3 weeks ago.

And I lost my steam. My motivation. For some reason, I really don't care about the surgery. But I do..KWIM?

Granted I have dealt with horrible vertigo from my inner ear since right after surgery that was finally diagnosed today.

How do I get back on track? Is it my mind playing with me? Am I just lazy? Am I just scared? I have asked myself all of these and can't pinpoint an answer.

Please - any input, any suggestions

Thanks everyone!

You have had a ruff go lately. But you know the old saying what does not kill us only makes us stronger. What your going though is more then any should have to deal with. So with out being mean get over it and get back on track we are saving you a place on the losers bench and we need all the supporters we can get.

Glad your feeling better but lets look to the future and getting even better.

How was that not the greates pep talk but I'm no poet
