woke up this morning to my 2 year old eating my Protein bar!

Yeah chocolate and Peanut Butter Odwalla bar... Are those good for us? I'm pre op

I figured, because when I was on the shrink your liver diet I loved the Pure Chocolate Chip Chewy Protein Bars, and if a child looks at the picture on the box, they will for sure want one. I don't know anything about your particular bar but look at the specifics and compare them to what your suppose to have at this point, and maybe that can help you determine if its appropriate.
