Mood Swings?

Anyone having them? I had a hell of one today. Went from being happy to super agitated then my skin got really flushed and hot to the touch. My pulse was fine. Then I got hit with this wave of overwhelming sadness. Like I wanted to just sob. I've calmed a bit but man it was like a 30 minute rollercoaster ride.

I was very sad today but I think it's the winterblues

Bert n Ernie - Lots of hormones floating around as the weight melts away. Yuppers I've been there myself. Thankfully I have an understanding hubster who realized what caused it and reminded me about it. It does get better though :)

it does sound like some hormones went a little crazy on you. And doesn't seem to be anything you can do but wait it out. But of course if it keeps happening talk to your doc, maybe even your PCP they may need to check some hormone levels and see what is going on, Hope you feel better and have a great weekend.

I'm two weeks out and my moods have been everywhere and I take a low dose mood pill, I have been on them since I was diagnosed with PCOS. So I know they must be powerful mood swings to come through my meds :) My husband remembered hearing that it happens in my support group meetings and has been really awesome. They say it gets better.
