Preop Diet Starts Mon

Received my protein diet kit today :blink: from my surgeon's office. Have to eat or drink 4 of these shakes, soups or bars a day for 14 days. Also can have one meal consisting of 4oz of lean meat and unlimited amount of green nonstarchy veggies, unlimited amount of sf jello or sf koolaid, crystal light etc. This is coming faster than I thought. :(:o:unsure::D
