Recovery Time??

How long did it take everyone to get back to work? I work at a bank and am having surgery tomorrow (2/2/07) and planned to return Tue. giving me 3 days off after the day of surgery. Does that sound okay?

I was banded on 1/31 and can not imagine returning to work yet. I still have shoulder abdominal pain. My Dr told me it would be 2 weeks before I would return to work. I do not want to rush anything. The more time the internal stitches around the band are allowed to heal the better.
