1 year. I could have had it after my 6 months of nutritionist requirements but I was still having a hard time quitting smoking and had to lose like 20 lbs before my insurance would finally approve me. Once approved I had 1 month to get all my Pre-op tests done

I had my first appointment on March 27th I believe...surgery was on April 30th. So it only took me one month. Lots of appointments crammed in that one month though! It was super stressful.

Thank you all for your feedback! I will report back after my appt next week!

I had my first appointment at the very beginning of June and just finished up my waiting requirements for the insurance last night. So as soon as they all get their paperwork together, off to the insurance company it goes!! I am hoping that I can have surgery like the end of October but i will at least settle by the end of the year since I've already met deductibles.
