Feeling Soooo Guilty

Ok I ate zaxbys 1 chicken finger and 5 fries I feel so guilty why am I not strong I wish it made me sick. Do afraid of bad habits.

    Before surgery or after surgery you ate this? No matter when it was it was such a small amount it won't harm you.

    Almost 3months post op. thanks for he encouragement just don't want to start bad habits and nothing make me dump.

    How is your friend that had issues after surgery? Will she return to the group or is she getting revise?
