Mami I bet you put ketchup on hot dogs.LOL my kid will only eat hot dogs with ketchup. Yuck

Everyone is deferent and Becuse of my parents I don't make my kids eat anything they don't like. My wife and I say they must try new stuff. If you don't like it you don't have to eat it again.

And will never judge anyone on what they eat

Look at my picture don't look like I missed to many meals lol

At one month post op (now) I was given the okay to eat salad. I agree its a waste of space I really just pick off the protein and egg I throw in there. I had to find a dressing with less than 5 grams sugar. I found a yogurt ranch & yogurt blue cheese with 1 gram sugar and 1 protein and they taste great (for all the salad lovers out there) its by Marie Calendars.

Your so silly... I ate too many pizza in my life.

P.s. Not a ketchup fan neither but on occasional it's ok.

Of course salads have nutritional benefits...leafy greens are good in regards to vitamins, etc. and fiber with little to no cals. Not sure when you can have it...but I'd double check with your Dr!
