Great Snack!

My doctors office sells these. Full of protein and they melt in your mouth, so u don't have to wait until you are on full foods. They are available in bbq and sour cream and onion and each have 12 grams of protein. Only about $1.50 a bag.

I've tried those when I was on a weight loss program through the hospital. There not bad. Are you able to eat that whole bag? Are do you just snack on a few pieces at a time? I think they can be found at diet direct.com. They also have other snacks and foods with high protein. I have only tried the pancakes but may try some others. Especially after I've had my surgery. My pcp gave me this site. She said it is where most of the weight loss programs get there stuff.

I can't eat the whole bag. I like the bbq best. I eat them if I am craving something crunchy or sometimes pills get stuck in my throat so I use them to get the pill down. I am not sure why I have that problem, but I have actually caused erosion in my esophagus from the pill disolving in my esophagus. Very painful! TMI I know, sorry. But the crunch os are a good replacement for chips as well:)
