How Often?

Do you eat on your pre-op diet. I went ahead and started mine. Hoping to lose a few extra pounds. Crazy I know. I started yesturday.

I'm allowed to have 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. up to 3x a day

sugar free jell-o, popsicles, pudding

broth and no sugar added fudgsicles

Any help would be great. I'm trying to get some kinda schedule. I also have a 2 1/2 and 6 year old. They have to eat everything I have. LOL
