Weak And Tired

I had my surgery a week ago. I am feeling so weak and fatigued. Is this normal for all of you who are further out from the surgery? I am also already down 14 pounds I went In to surgery weighing 215 and a week later i am at 201. Is 14 pounds in one week abnormal???
