K I'm a iPhone junkie and found the coolest app named epic win its like a game it even gives you achievements for doing you goles for the day lol

So when I drink my water eat right go for a walk do the dishes I get game prizes lmao just thought I would share :) I so will get achievement points when I get to my pre-op diet lmao :)
