When Do I Take Vitamens?

HI everyone. I take Shaklee vitamens two times a

day. I dont want them on an empty stomach cuz I dont want to throw up, so I take one right after I eat, which probably washes my food down too quickly. Any suggestions? Surgery date 5.11.12. Beg lbs 297. Now 246.

    I'm assuming they are liquid vitamins and that's why you're worried about taking them right after you eat? Unless they are several ounces I wouldn't think there's anything to worry about.
