Drinking With Food

Does anybody besides me find it almost impossible not to drink something when you eat?

Yes! I still drink when I eat and I'm 19 weeks out already.. but I make sure I eat my protein first, then a few sips ;) lol

Yep I'm right there with you funny thing is I never drank with my food until surgery it's the weirdest thing!

Definitely took some getting used to and even now there are times when I drink a little. I think it's important not to give up on it though. The liquid will cause the food you eat to pass through too quickly and increases the chances of stretching the pouch.
