Anyone Get Hot After Eating?

I get really hot and sweaty after eating sometimes. This is after meals of entirely Protien. Cottage cheese, scrambled egg whites with cheese and low carb yogurt. Feels almost like a hot flash. Does anyone else experience this weirdness? Lol
