Yummy Protein Shake

Just tried Chike! Banana magic protein shake. It's delicious. It's very smooth and has a creamier texture than others I've tried. I ordered samples of all of their flavors off of celebratevitamins.com If you like banana popsicles thats what this tastes like. I can't wait to try the other flavors. 28 g of protein!

No nasty protein aftertaste?

I use Isopure which is OK, I have tried others that are totally yuckie !!! I will give this a try. My doctor was very specific on what protein he wanted me on, there are big differences in them from what I understand. The Isopure that I am on is a low carb protein which is 200 calories, I mix it with fat free milk, and 50 grams of protein for 2 scoops. My minimum protein is 64 gr. a day, I try to get 80.
