Eating

I have lost 80 lbs since my surgery on April 23rd. I eat some but not the amount that they want me to. I just don't feel hungry. Is anyone else having trouble like this

Congratulations on the weight loss I'm only 10 days out so I can't eat/ drink much at all

Im 23 days post op and im having the hardest time eating. Putting food up to my mouth to eat it is super difficult bc i either feel discusted & cant eat it or i feel nautious . Im trying really hard to follow my eating plan but its hard to eat when you dont want to.

I'm only 5 days post surgery. I am so afraid to eat. I'm afraid I'll make myself sick. My protein shakes are really nasty. Any suggestions?

Try the Syyntrax Nectar shakes. They are the best! I like the twisted cherry. Tastes very much like fruit punch.
