Missing Junk Food And Bread

HI everyone! This has been a hard weekend for me. I have passed up Yeast rolls and birthday cake. Do y'all know how hard that is for me?? Omg two of my favorite things!! How do y'all handle these types of situations?? However I am about 4 weeks post op and I'm doing well. Down 18 pounds. Starting weight 214 down to 196!!

I think you can have it in the future like wheat bread & low fat cake.

I know it's hard. I'm looking forward to eating normal food even if it's half cup of rice which was only I will have like twice a week,and more fruits & vegetables & of course fish fish fish yummy.

I'm so excited! I had a Denver scramble for lunch! Made enough for two 1/4 cup servings! With 1/4 egg substitute, 1 oz lite ham, 1 T lf cheese, tomatoe onion and pepper ( 1.5 tsp f each) it was yummy and went down great. I cut up all the veggies and ham really small.
