Just Getting Started

Hi I'm Kasey. I will be having surgery soon. And I feel so over whelmed with everything I have to get! What are the main things I may need until I get a grip on this reality! Thanks for anyone's info :)

Yes that's another big question how do I measure the food? Do I weigh it or what lol

I weigh my meat and veggies in a measuring cup or weigh it, all depends but i don't know how i would keep track of what i eat without it measuring it before and after. I also have another appointment in two weeks and they like to see every oz i drink or eat.
