May 11, 201214 yr Well, 10 days after surgery I experienced my first "coming back up". I didn't chew my salmon enough & that was that. It was kind of scary - I started to feel like I couldn't breathe. I am fine, but lesson learned. CHEW CHEW CHEW!!
May 11, 201214 yr Much as I hate saying... It's a good lesson learned because ( as I said when I did the same thing) it won't happen again. Glad you are alright
May 11, 201214 yr Unfortunately I had the same thing happen to me last night. I am 5 weeks post op. I was eating a chicken burger and took too big of bite. I felt awful for almost an hour until I could finally throw it all up. but boy did I feel better after! Like you said "lesson learned".
