I Know... Tmi!

Ok. This is a little embarrSsing to ask but we' re all going thru the same thing and we are here to help eachother.

One issue that I have had trouble with since day 1 is CONSTIPATION! I hate it. I understand that its not like before obviously, because we are not intaking as much, but its all bad for me. After a few days I feel super bloated. Has anyone experienced the same issue? If so what has helped you?

Sweet

My Bariatric nurse suggested fleet enema since most already struggle to get all if their fluids in without adding another. I take a stool softener every other day. I've only had to use the enema once but it gave me substantial relief! :)

Sweet I had the same problem I used milk of magnesia but my dr suggested doing a fiber supplement she said because we can become dependent on the laxative and it will make our job of going harder! I personally make sure that I have at least a couple grams of fiber per day and that has helped a lot also I'm kinda lactose intolerant so I try to eat a yogurt every other day!

Well a stool softener isn't exactly a laxative...it just makes it easier to go! Lol! They haven't reintroduced fiber in my diet yet....
