Frustrated And Confused

Hi all, I'm so glad I found this app!! I'm writing because I'm having trouble with always feeling full and other times I get full quickly. I'm 4 weeks post op and I worry that I'm stretching out my new stomach! Thoughts?

The pouch does actually stretch a little bit. As soon as you feel full...even if its just after one bite stop eating. What kind of stuff are you eating? I was told that rice and pastas expand in your stomach so even if you haven't had much

I follow the diet plan, I'm on soft foods and I chew everything pretty well, I just tend to eat more certain meals, thanks so much for your help, I def don't want pasta or rice
