Shaky

I'm three years post op gastric bypass . occasionally I get really shaky and I really yearn something but can't figure out what it is. I try drinking fluids and have tried eating all types of food. The only thing that makes the shaky feeling go away is time. My wife had by pass too. She gets the same thing. Any ideas?

I am less than a month post op and I've experienced shakiness as well as rapid heart beat....I was told its because I'm eating such a small amount of food that sometimes my body goes into starvation mode....I usually just sip on a little broth and it subsides. Hope this helps
