My surgery October 1, I'm doing ok. No real issues. I'm ready to workout, tonight I feel like I'm catching a cold, throat hurt a little, sniffles. Temperature has changed.

Congrats on the successful surgery! Let the losing begin!

  • No real issues, I'm blessed , but I have my week appointment on Monday.

  • Don't push too hard physically until your doc. gives you the OK....don't want to hurt your new body. But congratulations!

I was oct 1 as well. Still feel yucky, had allergic ex to tape, so painful blisters and red itchy patches all over. Yikes

How u doing? Did u get a cold? I'm day 9 and still learning the tolerance of volume, bowel changes, gas, heightened smell awareness ( no pun intended), reading my literature over and over to help it become second nature. Off until end of November with the broken leg...thinking will be feeling premium by then and able to withstand the 12 hour shifts again. So many encouraging, knowledgeable folk so here, truly feel blessed to be apart of such a courageous group of people.
