These people are making me CRAZY

I am so excited and yet frustrated all at the same time- my insurance called me LAST FRIDAY to let me know my surgery is approved.... And yet I still can't get a date from my surgeon' office- they are saying they have to wait for it to come in the mail!!! My insurance advocate said that they faxed it to the surgeon on Monday - so what the hay??? A lot of things are up in the air waiting on this date- like my schedule at work (they have to have someone cover for me) family's travel plans, and several other more complicated issues . Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhh

Don't let your dr office flounder around, let them know that they already have the insurance info and you want a firm date for your surgery..you need to make arrangements ahead of time. Persistence does pay off sometimes.

I am kinda afraid if they get annoyed with me they will put me off more ? But I think this is ridiculous :(
