Stomach virus...HELP!

I have ha a stomach virus for 3 days...extreme nauseous with basically dry heaves cuz there is nothing there. I've called the dr, they called in phenergan, but I'm scared imma dehydrate...any suggestions??

The problem is...im not quite sure what dehydrated feels like:(
