Help! Weight loss slowing down!

Hello Sleevers,

I need help!!! I'm nine months out and in the last three months I've only loss 13 lbs!!! I need help getting back on track any suggestions. I'm not sure of I'm too comfortable or what.

    you hit a plateau. bodies reassigns areas of fat stores to eat from, so to speak. you could eat nothing as in starvation but still plateaus happen. have to eat. also, there are ways to make the time when hitting plateaus shorter. be good to yourself!.
