It only comes in a 5 pound container so it is 60 servings for $62, But it will last a long time... I was at nutrishop n colleyville tx. You can taste both flavors there he has meant chocolate and peanut butter banana I tasted the mint chocolate in the store and he gave me a peanut butter banana powder in a shaker bottle to go home with And try later... It is an extended release protein but I think the muscle milk is also the same thing a lot of people are drinking muscle milk my doctor has not said anything about types of release nor have I asked but it is 100% whey... Feeling better about a surgery date on October 29 one month away now that I'm finding things I can drink
