My date just got moved up to October 14th. I'm excited and nervous at the same time! I watch some videos on youtube and see that you eat with baby size forks and cut your food up to the size of a pea. I'm okay with this if this is what I have to do but wondering if that is really true? Also, do people miss food? As long as I can kinda eat what make for dinner just less I'd feel better. I don't fry foods. I have hamburgers on the weekends, skinless chicken, pork chops, salmon, pot roast , salads. I'm not a chip, cookies, cake snack eater. My downfall is ice cream.
Any comments would be appreciated!
Thanks!
