Portion sizes

Does anyone have a picture of what a normal portion size is and what a sleever eats? I'm wondering how much smaller are our meals versus an actual portion size.

From what I understand, a normal portion of meat is 4oz. Once I was on full foods (starting week 6), I only able to eat 4oz in total per meal. I bought some Glad 4oz storage containers to eat out of, so I wouldn't accidentally overeat and have stomach pains (do that once, and you will be very careful about how much and fast you eat!). Now at month 9, I am able to eat about 8 to 10oz per meal.

Sorry, I never took any photos of my meals to show the size.

yes, on my blog, i often post pictures of what i eat in a section called, oddly enough, what i eat! :)
