Gastroparesis

Just got back from my gastro appointment and the doctor said that after testing it shows that I have gastroparesis, although I show no signs or symptoms of it, which he says is very unusual. He said he needs to speak to my surgeon prior to giving me clearance. Does anyone else have this and were you still to have the sleeve? I am hoping this isn't an issue. I meet with the surgeon next week, so I am hoping for good news.
