I am 7 months out, have lost 145 lbs - still have at least 30 to go, am far from skinny! I have noticed that my sternum - that bone in the middle of my chest at the bottom of my rib cage - sticks out? Has anyone else noticed this? I assume its because I had so much fat before that my ribs and stomach stuck out and the sternum angle just matched everything else...Any idea if this will go back? Or is there anything I can do to help it go back? Its not terrible and certainly not a problem, but just wondered...
Thanks
