1 month post op

Saw my surgeon yesterday for my 1 m9nth post op visit. He was very pleased with my weight loss. I've lost 31% of my excess body weight since July 19th. 11lbs on the 1 month preoperative diet and 23lbs since surgery on August 19th. My BMI has went from 42.7 down to a 36. He told me I was ahead of the curve on my weight loss so not to be surprised if I hit a stall soon. I'm off my insulin shots and back on oral meds for my diabetes and I'm off my bp meds completely. So thankful to be past the regret phase and on to the "I'm so damn glad I did this" phase. :)
