am I in track

So am 7 week out of surgery and I just lost 32 ponds...is this normal or is me... I did not lose no wait before surgery ...whats going on with me...an I go to the gym 4 times a week. ..

You lost an average of 4.5lbs a week and you're not happy with it? That is very good weight loss!

I think that's great I am in my 8th and only down 18 it's so depressing

Post a typical day of what you're eating and let's see if anything can be tweaked.

I agree post a day, but 4.5# is amazing! Just think in 6 months thats 117#!!!

I hope so I want to loose 40 more pounds my goal is 240 to 230 by. December 19 my birthday. ..
