At my fattest, it was frustrating to have to "take breaks" because I was so out of shape. As you get in shape, that sort of thing probably won't be an issue anymore.

It is fantastic! I hadn't realised how much being fat had hindered my sex life. Of course, becoming a yoga fanatic has also increased my flexibility which I have to say adds some value!

BTW OP, I hate it when my DH touches my excess skin.....but other than that, it rocks! :wub:
