Plastics in Mexico?

Hey, thought I would post this here in the Mexico forum because I'm looking specifically for Mexico-based docs for plastics.

A friend of mine has lost a lot of weight and is looking for a good doc, especially for a tummy tuck/pannectomy type of plastics, has anyone here had plastics in Mexico with a surgeon you would 100% recommend?
