I'm feeling terribly bloated, I'm very gassy am a little crampy in my lower stomach. What could this be? I haven't eaten beans, it's not that TOM. Hm. Maybe dairy intolerance? I've never noticed an issue prior to this week. I'm nearly 7 mos out.

Well I had the same issue about a month ago (I am now a year out) I had traveled to Brazil and had eaten more beef than before. I started hurting and cramping etc and I finally figured out that I was constipated (I hadnt been the whole year!!!) So maybe that could be it.

I also have had problems with dairy as well causing gas. You might want to try some lactaid before you eat dairy. That is what my dr said to try.
