Lower weight lower bmis post op how much r u losing weekly

I feel like I'm losing slow . Sleeved aug 7th

High weight 217

Surgery weight 203

Current weight 180

But it seems like I take forever now to move scale am I alone or are all light weights going through this

Uh you have lost 20 pounds in a month. What's slow about that?

This topic will get a much better discussion in the post surgery support forum and really should be posted there. The veterans forum is more for topics concerning people who are further out from surgery. But, you are doing fine!

... or is it 26 pounds in a year? This is the vets forum..... What are you eating? How much? Exercise? Do you log what you eat in MFP? Some people are really slow losers... I was pretty slow.... and had many stalls. After 2 1/2 years I have not gotten to goal but am close and will get there.
