How many of you either have already had this or are getting this before surgery? My dr practically requires this especially with my high BMI. I tried to get out of it today cause it freaks me out!

Thank you!

I had to look this one up. OMG! I have my first surgeon's appointment on 9/24, and this is going on my questions list since I have already had a stroke. I am so glad you brought this up.

Hopefully you don't have to have one but do ask! It totally freaks me out it just looks so strange. I've asked my brother in law who is a surgeon in another state and its pretty old school! Good luck at your appointment!
