Maintenance phase

Is anyone at that point? I am getting close (5-8 lbs. to goal) and Im wondering how that works out. I weight train 3 times a week, and cardio 3 times a week. Any suggestions?

I've been in maintenance about 1 1/2 years. I slowly added calories to stop losing. Took a bit of tweaking to get stable, but I'm there. Can you post in the vet's forum? That's where most people who are in maintenance mode are.
