I have pressure points that ache. i cannot sit in one position for long or even lay down on my side for the padding around my bones is gone. i hope that goes away. I thought being lighter would be easier in this respect.

I've noticed that I lost weight, the pressure points on my joints is shifting - leading to achy joints and soreness. If you are just experiencing muscle pain, magnesium helps me and/or sitting in a warm tub with epsom salts.
