Citrus issues

I was wondering if anyone is having issues with citrus in foods or drinks. I drank so crystal light yesterday and it made me feel crappy all day and I did not know what made me feel that way. But today I drank some lemon zigger tea and I felt the same way after I drank it. So, I did not have this issue before surgery so I dont think I can tolerate citrus anymore. I dont like this feeling because when I feel like this I cant drink or eat anything at all and thats not good because that affects my protein intake.
