Eggs, taking a quick poll

Hi. I'm rather frustrated with the registered dietitians at my doctors office. Mainly because they give conflicting and contradicting answers. I'm on 4 weeks of puréed food. This is following two weeks of liquids post op. I'm told no eggs. Not in any form, not even puréed. They say it's because eggs are hard on our system so soon after surgery. Has anyone else been told this? Thanks!!

I had soft boiled eggs, hard boiled was way too hard on my pouch. I was in the soft food stage when I tried it.
