Couple questions

Surgery is scheduled for 20th, I'm having my lap band removed and doing the sleeve same time, I was wondering how bad bloating is after surgery and how long it lasts. Also I asked this on another forum but anyone here juice ? I'm hoping to make it a regular part of my post op and overall life to be sure I get in enough fruit and veggie servings.. "Fat, sick and nearly dead" has made me a believer ! Lol

I was bloated for about a week. Had to wear elastic waist skirts until the bloat went down. My hubby couldn't tell but I sure could. Then 1 day, it dissapeared...

Good luck!
