    Depends on what it is. As long as its not in the NASID class it's ok.

    I assume you meant norcos and no they aren't a blood thinner.

    Most narcotic medications do not contain any blood thinners. Most contain tylenol which is fine. With meds, it is always best to check with your doctor.
