Why arent you eating or drinking? nausea? No interest? Food taste funny?

by 5 weeks i was on solids and introducing new foods into my diet.

Yes, keep up with the fluids best as you can.

Your doctor should be a little more concerned I think. I'm just 2&1/2 weeks post op and I'm eating and drinking small quantities though it's getting easier and easier. Keep up with your fluids if you can....try making a smoothie. It helped me a lot.... I used a half a small banana and 5 frozen strawberries, an oikos 100 cal greek yogurt, one scoop protein powder, 1/2 tbs honey, add a little apple juice no sugar added for consistency blend like crazy. This saves my bacon every day in protein content AND needed calories!!!
