You need to get yourself some G2 Gatorade and drink it every day for a while until you get better.....Dehydration is a scary thing...I had it happen to me only once....G2 helped...Now I drink some everyday. I mix it 1/2 and 1/2 with water and I am 10 months out and still feel the need to keep my electrolytes up.

I went through something similar. Did a 4 day hospital stay. Couldn't keep anything down. Had Reflux, nausea and throwing up like crazy. Potassium, magnesium and electrolytes off. But once I got out I am conscious of them and stay on it. Added foods with extra potassium to my diet and pour G2 in my drinks too. I hope you feel better. Blessings!
