Protein on purees

So I'm 9 days out and on purées. My question is about getting my 70g Protein in. I am only allowed to have 3 meals a day but only 2-4 tbsp at a time so how can i get all that protein in. And also if I'm taking my Vitamins with my meals I'm assuming its ok to take a sip of Water to get the vitamins down. And is my Protein shake considered a meal. So i have to stop drinking water 15 mins before and resume 1hr after drinking my shake? Just wondering what everyone's doing as I don't want to mess up my new pouch. I'm suddenly feeling confused!

I was told not to worry about the timing of drinking water vs "food" while I was on liquids. In terms of protein, I was also told not to worry about hitting the goal so much as getting in as much protein as I could manage. Add protein powder to the things you're making. I added Unjury chicken soup powder to soups and chicken salad, and unflavored powder to purees of all kinds. Make shakes, too, as that's a great way to keep the protein high while adjusting to more solid foods. Good luck!
