6 mos. out, what are you eating?

I'm currently about 5 months out and doing very well. I can eat just about anything but I still have refrained from steak, strandy foods like oranges, pineapple, grapefruit, asparagus etc. I will say i can live my life easily without those foods (my NUT advised me to stay clear of those for at least 6 mos during healing stage) but I want to get a feel from you 6 mos and further out sleevers when you ate anything you wished with no hesitation. And guys this is especially directed to you. What is you current calorie and protein intake if you are keeping track? I don't mean to sound discriminatory but I'm 6'4" 240lbs and would be interested in folks with similiar frames and their consumption. I do exercise 45-60 min a day and eat right now 1300 cals with ~80-90 grams of protein daily.
