I'm 14 days post op and I haven't lost a pound in six or seven days. So freaking annoying!

I am a month put, actually cheated a bit half slice of pizza woke up the next day 2 lbs down....so odd

I'm 4 weeks post op and haven't lost anything in a week. I'm pretty frustrated. I was expecting it to be consistent.

Girl one thing I've learned, it's never consistent. I've lost around 110 lbs since surgery on 7/15/13 which I'm soo happy about but I've gone up to a month and not lost a lb. Then I loose like 10 very quickly. Learn to accept, don't get frustrated, which I a first did. Your body will loose the weight at your body's pace, everybody's different so don't compare just be patient. GOOD LUCK

Hello, FYI if you go to the search bar and type in weight loss stalls, click on the down arrow and choose forum under topic, over 1000 forum results will show up. A lot have good information and share suggestions.

Everyone is different. Remember, it takes 3-4 months for you body to adjust to major surgery. Your body is still healing. That being said, this is not a miracle cure, but a tool. There will be times when the scale will not reflect weight loss, however, you body is losing inches. Be patient!

Good luck in your journey.
